Shenzhen Airlines is an airline headquartered in Bao'an, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. It is based in Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport.[2][3]
It has been a member of Star Alliance since 2012, and is currently one of two Chinese airlines that are members.[4] In 2010, the airline carried 16.5 million passengers, up 9% from the previous year.[5] The airline had its headquarters in the Lintian Building at Shenzhen Airport.[6][7]

Accidents and Incidents
[edit]Shenzhen Airlines had some accidents and incidents, including:
- On 16th October 2020, ZH-9247 suffered damage to its tyres and the fuselage at Panzhihua Baoangying Airport. It was revealed that the plane hit the lightbars and the localised antenna as it landed short of the runway.[26]
- On 18th October 2024, ZH-9138 Airbus A320neo en route from Shijiazhuang to Shenzhen suffered a mechanical failure causing smoke to fill the cabin. The plane returned to Shijiazhuang Airport with no injuries.[27]
